What I Do

scott vacek

I’m quite happy out in front, on the management team, or as a support person—any place where I can use my skills to organize a project for everyone’s collective success.

I have years of experience interacting with corporate executives, entertainers, local and national government officials, police and federal security organizations, etc. in the United States and several countries abroad, so I learned a long time ago how to make my way through the food chain and represent your organization well.

Here is a brief list of my most typical areas of involvement, but please keep in mind that screen-door repair is not out of the question if it serves somebody.

Broadcast, Documentary & Corporate Television Production

Once a shooter always a shooter I guess. My HD720P gear serves well for documentary projects and show playback modules. I still love to shoot and often spend time on developmental and volunteer projects just for the joy of it.

I can organize and execute single and multi-camera production shoots for anything you want to do, on any level ...news, documentary, industrial, corporate, etc.

Still Photography

I am a solid documentary shooter. I have focused on developing the preparation and reflexes it takes to bring focus, exposure and composition together on the fly in a constantly changing event, and tell a story. I use a Nikon D300 and can offer you 12.3 megapixels of happiness.
